Transformative roadshow

Over the past two weeks and extending until the end of May, our Members of the Mayoral Committee, alongside the municipal Management Committee, have embarked on a transformative roadshow. Our mission? To enlighten our community and stakeholders on the dynamic initiatives shaping the future of our city.

From Intergrated Development Plans (IDP) to Budget & Finance Policies, and from Vision 2035: Reimagining Merafong to the Nngwe ka Nngwe Payment Incentive Scheme—these workshops are pivotal moments to engage, educate, and empower.

I’m pleased that today, the municipality engaged with the communities of Khutsong South, Welvediend, and Elijah Barayi to address the pressing needs of our residents.
